In the children with traditional forms of physical activity, the index of physical performance was progressively dynamic, but did not reach normal values.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На основании динамического анализа функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем установлено, что занятия флорболом способствовали повышению функциональных резервов организма школьников, о чем свидетельствовали более высокие показатели спирометрии, их больший прирост к концу учебного года и увеличение физической работоспособности в динамике исследования.
