For restoration of their physical endurance, we used cyclic infrared and cryothermic effects. The interactive physical endurance was estimated with the use of the increasing veloergometry test. It has been determined that after the five-day course of infrared treatment, the low spare capacities and physical endurance were recovered. The five-day course of aerocryothermic treatment was accompanied by long-time adaptation shifts in the organisms. This nonmedical physiotherapeutic method allows to protract our positive treatment effects.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью работы является обоснование применения контрастных термовоздействий для повышения физической выносливости здоровых лиц. Обследованы 35 добровольцев с признаками снижения физической выносливости, для восстановления которой были использованы циклические общие инфракрасные (ИКВ) и аэрокриотермические (АКВ) воздействия. Оценка физической выносливости в динамике проводилась с помощью велоэргометрической ступенчато возрастающей пробы. Установлено, что использование 5-дневного курса ИКВ приводит к ускорению восстановления сниженных функциональных резервов организма и физической выносливости здоровых лиц. Назначаемый затем 5-дневный цикл АКВ сопровождается развитием в организме долговременных адаптивных сдвигов, что позволяет пролонгировать достигнутые позитивные эффекты использованных немедикаментозных физиотерапевтических факторов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>physical endurance</kwd><kwd>infrared and aerocryothermic effects</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>физическая выносливость</kwd><kwd>инфракрасные воздействия</kwd><kwd>аэрокриотермические воздействия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Apreleva A.
