Registration of the Р300 and N2 components was performed using the Neuron-Spektr-4/VPM electroencephalograph (Neurosoft, Russia), utilizing the oddball paradigm. Blood pressure (BP) was measured with an automatic tonometer A&amp;D Medical UA-668 (Japan).</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> In men without arterial hypertension and in those with controlled arterial hypertension, where the median values of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were within normal ranges, there were no differences in the latency (LT) of N2 and P300, nor in the magnitude of the P300 amplitude between these groups. In contrast, men who do not take antihypertensive drugs or receive antihypertensive therapy both regularly and irregularly without controlling their blood pressure, and who have SBP and DBP above normal values, showed an elongation of LT N2 in the parietal (P3), central (C3), and middle temporal (T3) sections on the left, and in the frontal section on the right (F4). There was also an elongation of LT P300 in the middle temporal region on the right (T4) and frontal regions on the right (F4), along with a decrease in the median values of the P300 amplitude in the anterior-temporal (F8, F7) parts of the brain. This indicates a deficit in attention, an increase in the time required for primary recognition and differentiation of signals, and a reduction in the speed of information processing and decision-making.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> In older men, SBP above 140 mmHg and DBP above 90 mmHg are associated with cognitive impairment as determined by the auditory event-related potentials P300.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Изучение влияния артериальной гипертензии на когнитивные функции путём оценки слухового потенциала, связанного с событием Р300 у мужчин 60–74 лет Арктического региона Российской Федерации, получающих антигипертензивную терапию с контролируемой артериальной гипертензией, и у мужчин, не принимающих антигипертензивные препараты или принимающих их как регулярно, так и нерегулярно, но не контролирующих артериальное давление.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> В исследовании приняли участие мужчины с артериальной гипертензией (<italic>n</italic>=64) и без артериальной гипертензии (<italic>n</italic>=19), проживающие в Архангельске. Регистрацию компонентов Р300 и N2 проводили на электроэнцефалографе «Нейрон-Спектр-4/ВПМ» («Нейрософт», Россия), использовали парадигму oddball. Артериальное давление (АД) измеряли автоматическим тонометром A&amp;D Medical UA-668 (Япония).</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>У мужчин без артериальной гипертензии и у мужчин с контролируемой артериальной гипертензией, где медианные значения систолического АД (САД) и диастолического АД (ДАД) были в пределах нормальных значений, различий в латентном времени N2 и P300 и величине амплитуды Р300 между группами не выявлено. У мужчин, не принимающих гипотензивные препараты или получающих антигипертензивную терапию как регулярно, так и нерегулярно, но не контролирующих АД и имеющих САД и ДАД выше нормальных значений, отмечалось удлинение латентного времени N2 в теменном (Р3), центральном (С3), средневисочном (Т3) отделах слева, в лобном отделе справа (F4), удлинение латентного времени Р300 в средневисочном и лобном отделах справа (Т4, F4) и снижение медианных значений амплитуды P300 в передневисочных (F8, F7) отделах головного мозга, что свидетельствует о дефиците внимания, увеличении времени первичного опознания и дифференцировки сигнала, снижении скорости обработки информации, принятия решения.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>У пожилых мужчин<bold> </bold>САД выше 140 мм рт. ст. и ДАД выше 90 мм рт. ст. ассоциируется со снижением когнитивных функций, определяемых с помощью слухового вызванного потенциала, связанного с событием Р300.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>目的：研究动脉高血压对认知功能的影响。通过评估与 P300 事件相关的听觉潜能，研究动脉高血压对认知功能的影响，研究对象为俄罗斯联邦北极地区 60-74 岁接受降压治疗且动脉高血压得到控制的男性，以及未服用降压药或定期和不定期服用降压药但血压未得到控制的男性。</p> <p>材料和方法。居住在阿尔汉格尔斯克的动脉高血压男性（64 人）和非动脉高血压男性（19 人）参加了研究。研究人员使用 “Neuron-Spectr-4/VPM ”脑电图仪（俄罗斯 “Neurosoft ”公司），采用怪球范式记录 P300 和 N2 分量。血压（BP）由自动眼压计 A&amp;D Medical UA-668 （日本）测量。</p> <p>测量结果 在没有动脉高血压的男性和动脉高血压得到控制的男性中，收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）的中位值均在正常范围内，N2和P300潜伏时间以及P300振幅大小在组间没有发现差异。在未服用降压药或定期和不定期接受降压治疗，但未控制血压且 CAD 和 DA 超过正常值的男性中，观察到左侧顶叶区（P3）、中央区（C3）、中颞区（T3）和右侧额叶区（F4）的 N2 潜伏时间延长、 右侧颞叶内侧和额叶切面（T4、F4）的 P300 潜伏时间延长，前胸（F8、F7）脑切面的 P300 振幅中值下降，这表明注意力缺失，信号的初级识别和区分时间增加，信息处理和决策速度下降。</p> <p>结论 在老年男性中，CAD 超过 140 mmHg 和 DA 超过 90 mmHg 与认知能力下降有关，这是由与 P300 事件相关的听觉诱发电位确定的。</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>auditory evoked potentials associated with the event</kwd><kwd>Р300</kwd><kwd>N2</kwd><kwd>elderly men, arterial hypertension</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>слуховые вызванные потенциалы, связанные с событием Р300</kwd><kwd>N2</kwd><kwd>пожилые мужчины</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>P300 事件相关听觉诱发电位</kwd><kwd>N2</kwd><kwd>老年男性</kwd><kwd>动脉高血压。</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">программа фундаментальной научно-исследовательской разработки Федерального исследовательского центра комплексного изучения Арктики им. акад.
