The healing rate depends on multiple factors, with the humoral immune response playing a critical role. The functional state of monocytic lineage cells significantly influences tissue regeneration. Therefore, investigating regulatory adaptations in response to tissue injury holds both scientific and clinical significance.</p> <p><bold>AIM:</bold> To examine reactive changes in the proliferation, differentiation, and recruitment of monocytic lineage cells in the bone marrow during the recovery period following parenchymal liver hemorrhage.</p> <p><bold>MATERIALS AND METHODS:</bold> This <italic>in vivo</italic> experimental study was conducted on outbred rats of both sexes, in which liver injury was modeled as parenchymal hemorrhage. In the experimental group, treatment included a xenogeneic biomaterial derived from reindeer skin collagen as a hemostatic agent. Bone marrow myelograms were analyzed, including monocytogram assessment. The following morphological cell types were differentiated: monoblasts, promonocytes, mature monocytes, and polymorphonuclear monocytes. Due to the non-normal data distribution, variables were described using the median (Me) and quartiles (Q25; Q75). Intergroup differences were assessed using the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test (<italic>Z</italic>), with statistical significance set at <italic>p&lt; </italic>0.05. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0 for Windows.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> On day 3 after modeling parenchymal liver hemorrhage, reactive changes in the monocytic lineage included an increase in promonocytes from 0.6% to 1.9% (<italic>p&lt; </italic>0.001) and monocytes from 1.5% to 4.6% (<italic>p=</italic>0.010), whereas monoblast levels remained unchanged at 0.8% (<italic>p=</italic>0.850). By day 7, promonocyte and monoblast counts declined to 0.8% (<italic>p=</italic>0.006) and 0.6% (<italic>p=</italic>0.850), respectively. By day 14, no statistically significant changes were observed. On day 21, a decrease in monocytes (4.6%; <italic>p=</italic>0.120), polymorphonuclear monocytes (0.2%; <italic>p=</italic>0.990), and promonocytes (0.8%; <italic>p=</italic>0.290) was recorded, whereas monoblast levels remained stable.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:<italic> </italic></bold>Reactive changes in the monocytic lineage of the bone marrow following parenchymal liver hemorrhage involve activation of proliferation and differentiation processes by day 3. By day 7, the intensity of monocytic recruitment from the bone marrow into peripheral circulation increases. By week 3, monoblast, promonocyte, and polymorphonuclear monocyte levels return to baseline, whereas monocyte levels remain elevated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование. </bold>Процессы восстановления повреждённых тканей в организме представляют собой достаточно сложную систему последовательно протекающих изменений. Скорость заживления зависит от множества факторов, но ведущим из них считается состояние гуморального ответа. Функциональное состояние клеток моноцитарного звена во многом определяет процессы репарации. В этой связи представляет научный интерес и практическую значимость изучение перестроек регуляторных компонентов в ответ на повреждение ткани.</p> <p><bold>Цель.</bold> Изучение реактивных изменений, заключающихся в пролиферации, дифференцировке и рекрутинге клеток моноцитарного звена костного мозга в восстановительном периоде после паренхиматозного кровотечения печени.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Проведено экспериментальное исследование <italic>in </italic><italic>vivo</italic> на беспородных крысах обоих полов, которым было смоделировано повреждение печени (паренхиматозное кровотечение). В опытной группе лечение сопровождалось включением в терапию ксеногенного биоматериала на основе коллагена из шкуры северного оленя как гемостатического средства. В костном мозге определяли миелограмму с учётом моноцитограммы. Дифференцировали следующие морфологические варианты: монобласты, промоноциты, собственно моноциты и полиморфно-ядерные моноциты. В связи с ненормальным распределением данных описание переменных проводили с помощью медианы (Мe) и квартилей (Q25; Q75). Вероятность различий показателей между группами оценивали с помощью критерия Колмогорова–Смирнова (<italic>Z</italic>). Критический уровень статистической значимости принимали при <italic>р </italic>&lt;0,05. Статистическую обработку результатов проводили с помощью SPSS 13.0 для Windows.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> На 3-и сутки после моделирования паренхиматозного кровотечения печени реактивные изменения в моноцитарном звене заключались в увеличении уровня промоноцитов с 0,6 до 1,9% (<italic>р</italic> &lt;0,001), собственно моноцитов — с 1,5 до 4,6% (<italic>р</italic>=0,010) при неизменённом уровне монобластов (0,8%; <italic>p</italic>=0.850). На 7-е сутки эксперимента произошло снижение числа промоноцитов и монобластов до 0,8% (<italic>р</italic>=0,006) и 0,6% (<italic>р</italic>=0,850) соответственно. На 14-е сутки эксперимента статистически значимых изменений со стороны изучаемых параметров не регистрировали. На 21-е сутки выявлено снижение количества собственно моноцитов до 4,6% (<italic>р</italic>=0,120), полиморфно-ядерных моноцитов — до 0,2% (<italic>р</italic>=0,990), промоноцитов — до 0,8% (<italic>р</italic>=0,290) при неизменном уровне монобластов.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Реактивные изменения клеток моноцитарного звена костного мозга после паренхиматозного кровотечения печени заключаются в активации процессов пролиферации и дифференцировки на 3-и сутки. На 7-е сутки увеличивается интенсивность рекрутинга моноцитов из костного мозга в периферическую кровь.
