This necessitates an analysis of their trends and the development of predictive models under conditions of changing service-related workload.</p> <p><bold><italic>AIM: </italic></bold>The work aimed to assess the trends and forecast health indicators related to the consequences of external causes among officers of the Internal Affairs bodies.</p> <p><bold><italic>METHODS: </italic></bold>A retrospective time-series analysis was performed for primary morbidity, loss of work capacity, mortality, and primary disability caused by external causes (ICD-10, Chapter 19) among Internal Affairs officers from 2008 to 2024. Forecasts for 2025–2028 were generated using the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, supplemented with a binary exogenous factor reflecting participation in combat operations. The validity of differences between models with and without the external factor was assessed using analysis of variance (ANOVA).</p> <p><bold><italic>RESULTS: </italic></bold>The predictive models demonstrated a significant influence of the exogenous factor reflecting participation in combat operations on key medical-statistical indicators. Accounting for the external factor led to increased forecasted values for primary morbidity (by an average of 2.1‰), cases of loss of work capacity (by 3.8‰), and days of temporary disability (more than 270 per 1000 officers annually; p &lt; 0.001). Conversely, mortality and primary disability indicators were lower in the model with the exogenous factor, which may reflect organizational features of medical assistance and evacuation under increased risk. The observed differences between models were statistically significant for all parameters except disability (ANOVA, <italic>p</italic> &lt; 0.05).</p> <p><bold><italic>CONCLUSION: </italic></bold>The inclusion of an exogenous predictor reflecting participation of Internal Affairs officers in combat operations improved the accuracy of forecasting key medical-demographic indicators related to external causes. The results highlight the necessity of systematic implementation of medical evacuation mechanisms, staged rehabilitation, and functional monitoring of affected officers to reduce disability-related losses and prolong professional longevity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование.</bold> Травмы, отравления и иные последствия воздействия внешних причин (МКБ-10, класс XIX) продолжают занимать значительное место в структуре заболеваемости, временной утраты трудоспособности, инвалидизации и смертности среди сотрудников органов внутренних дел, что обусловливает необходимость анализа их динамики и разработки прогностических моделей в условиях изменяющейся служебной нагрузки.</p> <p><bold>Цель. </bold>Оценка динамики и прогнозирование показателей здоровья, связанных с последствиями воздействия внешних причин, сотрудников органов внутренних дел.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Проведён ретроспективный анализ временны́х рядов по показателям первичной заболеваемости, трудопотерь, смертности и первичной инвалидности, связанных с воздействием внешних причин (МКБ-10, класс XIX), среди сотрудников органов внутренних дел за 2008–2024 гг. Для прогноза на 2025–2028 гг. использовали модель авторегрессионной интегрированной скользящей средней (ARIMA), дополненной бинарным экзогенным фактором, отражающим участие в боевых действиях. Достоверность различий между моделями с учётом и без учёта внешнего воздействия оценивали методом дисперсионного анализа (ANOVA).</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Построенные прогнозные модели продемонстрировали достоверное влияние экзогенного фактора, отражающего участие в боевых действиях, на ключевые медико-статистические показатели. Учёт внешнего воздействия привёл к увеличению прогнозируемых значений первичной заболеваемости (в среднем на 2,1‰), числа случаев трудопотерь (на 3,8‰) и дней временной нетрудоспособности (более 270 на 1000 сотрудников ежегодно; <italic>p</italic> &lt;0,001). Напротив, показатели смертности и первичной инвалидности оказались ниже в модели с экзогенным фактором, что может отражать организационные особенности медицинской помощи и эвакуации в условиях повышенного риска. Полученные различия между моделями оказались статистически значимыми по всем параметрам, кроме инвалидности (ANOVA, <italic>p</italic> &lt;0,05).</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Включение экзогенного предиктора, отражающего участие сотрудников органов внутренних дел в боевых действиях, позволило повысить точность прогноза ключевых медико-демографических показателей, связанных с последствиями воздействия внешних причин.
