The phenomenon of incomplete adaptation occurs when traveling to the Arctic climate zone and represents the body's response to climatic and geographic stress, which creates prerequisites for the manifestation of arterial hypertension (AH).</p> <p>Objective of the Study. To determine the arterial pressure response to arrival in the Arctic, to identify groups: practically healthy men, "hypertensives," and "hyperreactors"; to analyze 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and parameters of psycho-emotional state. Materials and Methods. To study the arterial pressure response, the hardware-software complex "ESMO" was used, which is an electronic system for medical examinations that measures blood pressure without the presence of medical personnel. Groups of patients with arterial hypertension and practically healthy individuals were identified. Among practically healthy individuals, a subgroup of patients with an increase in office blood pressure in the first two days after arrival in the Arctic and a group of practically healthy individuals with no blood pressure response (normotensives) were singled out. The study included only men. Male patients of the considered category underwent 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and questionnaire surveys during the first 72 hours of being in the Arctic shift conditions, as well as within the first 3 days after arrival.</p> <p>Results. The obtained data indicate significant differences among the groups: "hypertensives," "hyperreactors," and "normotensives" in terms of mean daytime SBP (p1-2=0.001; p1-3=0.001; p2-3=0.001). When analyzing mean daytime DBP, significant differences were found between the groups of "normotensives" and "hyperreactors" (p2-3=0.013) and between the groups of "hypertensives" and "hyperreactors" for DBP (p1-2=0.001). The most significant correlation relationships were identified in patients of the "hyperreactors" group: positive correlations were observed between daytime mean SBP and symptoms of somatization and psychoticism (r=0.828, p=0.011 and r=0.757, p=0.030). In the study of the interrelations between clinical examination and monitoring data with psychological diagnostics in the group of conditionally healthy examinees ("normotensives"), a direct correlation was noted between the psychological health component and age in years (r=0.703, p=0.035). Daytime variability of SBP and DBP was associated with values of the physical health component (r=-0.703, p=0.034 and r=-0.735, p=0.024), and daytime variability of SBP was interrelated with the severity of somatization symptoms (r=0.760, p=0.017).</p> <p>Conclusion. Based on the obtained data, it is proposed to single out patients of the "hyperreactors" group as a pre-stage of arterial hypertension (prehypertension).</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обоснование. На основании полученных данных предложено выделить пациентов группы «гиперреакторов» в качестве предстадии артериальной гипертонии (предгипертонии).</p> <p> </p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p/></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Arterial hypertension, hyperreactors, blood pressure variability, prehypertension, Arctic</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Артериальная гипертония, гиперреакторы, вариабельность артериального давления, предгипертония, Арктика</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Литература</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="B2"><label>2.</label><mixed-citation>1.
