The condition of eyelashes and eyebrows is determined by a complex interplay of endogenous and exogenous factors, including environmental exposure, systemic diseases, and cosmetic procedures. In recent years, increasing interest has been observed in cosmetic products aimed at stimulating growth and improving the quality of eyelashes and eyebrows; however, the evidence base supporting the efficacy of many active ingredients remains limited. This narrative review summarizes current literature on the potential application of dihydroquercetin in combination with adenosine, kopyrrol, and several other compounds in cosmetic formulations intended to promote eyelash and eyebrow growth. Attention is paid to the challenges associated with the low solubility and bioavailability of dihydroquercetin and to contemporary strategies for overcoming these limitations, including cyclodextrin encapsulation and other pharmaceutical and technological approaches. Data on the molecular mechanisms underlying hair growth stimulation are presented, including activation of the Wnt/β-catenin, AKT, and MAPK/CREB signaling pathways and induction of growth factors. The results of clinical and experimental studies evaluating adenosine, kopyrrol, arabinogalactan, and peptides with respect to hair, eyebrow, and eyelash growth are reviewed. Based on the analyzed data, the potential for synergistic effects of combined formulations is discussed, and key directions for further experimental and clinical research are outlined to substantiate the efficacy and safety of such cosmetic products in mitigating the impact of adverse environmental factors and preserving aesthetic appearance, quality of life, satisfaction with appearance, and social functioning.</p>
На основании проанализированных данных обсуждается возможность синергетического эффекта комбинированных составов, а также обозначаются ключевые направления для дальнейших экспериментальных и клинических исследований, необходимых для обоснования эффективности и безопасности подобных косметических средств для уменьшения воздействия неблагоприятных факторов внешней среды и сохранения эстетической привлекательности, качества жизни, удовлетворенности внешним видом и социального функционирования.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p/></trans-abstract><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Andrej M Grjibovski's contribution was supported by "Eco-Vector" LLC (Agreement #122 from 10 October 2025)</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Вклад Гржибовского А.
