Abstract
Between 2010 and 2014, the Centre of Occupational Medicine (COM) based at the Ufa Institute of Occupational Health and Human Ecology’s site admitted 12766 patients to examine their employment opportunities and to identify a relationship between a disease and occupation. The main reason for referrals to the COM is related to blood circulation diseases. The reason for examining disease work-relatedness is patients’ diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue. Out of 12766 individuals examined, 6246 (49%) patients who referred for a health care consultation were hospitalized due to the necessity to perform supplementary medical examination not specified at the stage of periodic health check-up.

Abstract
This paper focuses on clinical features of vertebral lumbar-sacral pathology among milkmaids. The development of the pathology is related to hazardous occupational factors including physical overstrain, forced trunk bendings, manual lifting and moving the load during the work process. Along with clinical, neurologic examination, the analysis of bioelectric activity of peripheral nerves and spinal roots was done using the method of stimulation electroneuromyography. It has been shown that the severity of motor and sensory impairments correlates with electroneuromyographic changes in the form of axonal and demyelinating lesions of the structures in question.

Effectiveness of family numbers in the construction of plausible reasoning in hygiene, public health, medicine, and demography has been proved. There is a review of mathematical methods and logic to build schematic evidence-based conclusions: value - number; antinomies, as the search for evidence; metaphysics and formants of industrial science. The analytical findings of the review structure the healthcare epistemology to formalize the language and reduce the amount of symbolic information. Abstract
This paper reviews the results of complex laboratory examinations among rubber manufacturing workers using biochemical, hematologic, and immunologic methods. The most pronounced and early changes in oxidative metabolism processes (reduced catalase activity, increased malonicdialdehyde and uric acid levels) and rates of blood serum lipid metabolism indicators were determined. The examination has revealed an increased number of workers with disorders related to these indicators with increasing length of work. Signs of anemia (erythropenia, decreased hemoglobin levels) and leucopenia among workers examined were detected. Diagnostic sensitivity factors of laboratory tests studied have been determined. Based on the data obtained, we have developed laboratory markers that are suitable for diagnosing early preclinical disorders among manufacturing workers

Abstract
Muscular skeletal diseases are more common in workers exposed to hazardous work environment factors. To treat these diseases, physiotherapy methods including magnet and laser therapy are commonly used in addition to traditional pharmaceutical therapy. The use of magneto laser therapy results in restoration of muscular tonus, vegetative vascular reactions, decreased pain syndromes, an increase in a volume and tempo of active movements. Preventive measures based on the use of magnet and laser contribute to lessening the treatment time and developing muscular skeletal disorders.
