FEATURES OF SLEEP-WAKE CYCLE IN PHYSIOLOGICAL AND ABNORMAL PREGNANCY

Abstract

The article presents the characteristics of the daily cycle "wake-sleep" in women with physiological pregnancy and the risk of interruption. Significant differences in the sleep structure in normal and abnormal pregnancy have been established. It has been detected that changes in nocturnal sleep in abnormal pregnancies were characterized by reduced quantity and increased duration of the sleep cycles, multiple segmentation of sleep phases, lots of awakenings, and increased motor activity during sleep, increased number of apnea compared to normal pregnancy.

Несмотря на планомерное совершенствование современных методов пренатальной диагностики, разработку новых фармакологических препаратов, активную медикализацию гестационного процесса, до окончательного решения проблемы преждевременного прерывания беременности пока еще далеко: ежегодно лишь у 137 млн (70 %) женщин беременность заканчивается срочными родами. Невынашивание беременности вносит значительный вклад в поддержание показателей перинатальной заболеваемости и смертности [15], является одной из основных причин рождения недоношенных детей, около 75 % которых умирают на первом месяце жизни, а остальные имеют различные отклонения в показателях соматического здоровья в последующие периоды развития [2, 11, 13].
