THE IMPACT OF THE LOW-FREQUENCY ROTATING ELECTRIC FIELD ON THE «MOTHER - PLACENTA - FETUS» SYSTEM IN RATS WITH VARIOUS PROGNOSTIC STRESS RESISTANCE

Zajnaeva T.P., Yegorkina S.B.

Abstract

The impact of the isolated low-frequency rotating electric field (the REF) and the one combined with animal immobilisation on the "mother-placenta-fetus" system in rats with various prognostic stress resistance was studied. The research showed that on the 10th experiment day stress hormone content in the blood plasma increased in experimental rats compared to the control group; the increase degree was dependant on individual species stress-resistance. Thus, on isolated action of technogeneous rotating electric field the level of 11-oxocorticosteroids increased by 7,8 % (p > 0,05) in "active" female rats and by 71,7 %in "passive" ones. In conditions of action of combined rotating electric field with immobilization of experimental animals the level of corticosteroids increased by 63,8 % (p< 0,05) in stress-resistant rats and by 35,4 % (p < 0,05) in stress-non-resistant rats. The results of the pathomorphological study of the afterbirth and fetuses from the experimental female rats indicated that the REF leads to the structural plasenta changes, hemodynamical disturbances and are accompanied by the late fetus growth and high embrional mortality rate. The most marked functional and structural changes in the afterbirth were seen under the REF combined with animal immobilisation.

HEMODYNAMIC AND MORPHOFUNCTIONAL ALTERATIONS OBSERVED FOR TEN YEARS IN YOUNG MALES OF MAGADAN REGION

Averyanova I.V., Maximov A.L.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to reveal specific changes in somatometric and morphofunctional indices occurred in young males of Magadan with different arterial pressure in the period of 2004-2013. Statistically significant increase in systolic and diastolic arterial pressure was revealed for the studied period of 2004-2013. In addition to the above, the subjects examined in 2004, 2005 and in 2007, demonstrated no difference in arterial pressure while those examined in 2009 and the next two periods showed significantly higher values of systolic arterial pressure. The AP increase was associated with the body mass growth, body fat content and Pinije index value. The young males with NAP demonstrated more economical type of cardiovascular system functioning as compared to those with AH 1. It was found that, the level of arterial pressure can be considered as an informative marker of the Northman adaptation to the environmental extremes. It should be noted that, the best rate of adaptation is typical for 17-21 year-old individuals with the arterial pressure lying within the following dependence: 120/80 < AP < 130/85 mm Hg.

PECULIARITY OF IMMUNOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS IN POLAR REGIONS

Shchegoleva L.S., Sergeeva T.B., Shashkova E.J., Filippova O.E., Popovskaya E.V.

Abstract

Immunological reactivity of northerners is characterized by elevated levels immunosuppression. As a result of ineffectiveness of the suppressor unit onset and growth of CEC concentrations, some immunoglobulins and autoantibodies took place. The physiological importance of human's cell-mediated cytotoxicity is defined in the reactions of immune homeostasis, not only in pathology and vaccination, but in the period of adaptation to changing environmental conditions among residents living in extreme climatic and ecological conditions, special living conditions, particularly in the Polar region. Cell-mediated cytotoxicity provides homeostasis of activation and suppression processes of immune responses in surveyed depending on the concentration ratio of cell activator (CD71+, HLA-DR+), differentiated CD3+ and cytotoxic cells (CD8+, CD16+), age, and professional life conditions. All abovementioned has identified the necessity to assess the physiological role of cytotoxic cells in the mechanism of immune response in healthy persons in the European North of Russia. The results and their comparison with the few published data allow to conside that the cytotoxic lymphocytes (CD8+, CD16+) determine cell-mediated cytotoxic activity in the immune homeostasis in individuals of polar regions.

Terebikhin N.M.

Abstract

The paper represents new results of structural-semiotic analysis on syntactics, semantics and pragmatics of ritual-mythological «texts», which are included in subject-problem field of traditional mental ecology and sacred ethnomedicine of peoples living in the European North of Russia. The main purposes of the paper are investigation of ritual process of sacred space' creation (hierotopy) of temples built for one day in the North of Russia, revelation of «healing» («saving») mythopoetic semantics of the phenomenon of «one-day» temples building within folklore-ethnographical discourse, church archaeology and Russian religious-philosophical knowledge. Data base of the investigation is composed with «rituals of disasters», related with menace of epidemics, epizooties, social and natural cataclysms. Subject field of them may be determined as «ritual medicine of catastrophes». The main attention is paid to investigation of ritual technologies of sacred space' creation (hierotopies) within the process of one-day building of votive wonder-working temples on the Russian North. The motivation analysis of ritual one-day technologies reveals their relation to crisis, marginal situations, «troublous times», when all foundations of the universe is being destructed and chthonic forces of unhuman world, bearing diseases and death, bad harvest and famine, fires and natural disasters are rushing into human world. Special occasional rites (as sort of «ritual medicine of catastrophes») were performed to restrain the forces of chaos. Building of one-day temples was considered to be the most important technology of renovation of the universe.

ASSESSMENT OF ECOLOGICAL COMPATIBILITY LEVEL OF PEDAGOGICAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS’

Pazukhina S.V.

Abstract

The article considers results of empirical research which purpose was to study the future teachers' ecological consciousness in the ascertaining stage of experiment. Analysis of the results was carried out on a number of criteria: motivational, cognitive, and emotional. The orientation of the future teachers on the educational and disciplinary or personal model of interaction with schoolchildren is regarded as the main indicator of ecological consciousness on motivational criterion. An indicator of cognitive criterion is knowledge about student's personality as a biopsychosocial subject and laws of its development. Emotional criterion is studied by identifying the level of empathy and prevailing empathy channels. Standardized psychological techniques meeting the requirements for necessary quality indicators of tests are used for the diagnosis of each of the criteria: for motivational one - test-questionnaire by V.G. Maralova "Diagnosis of teachers' orientation on disciplinary training or personal model of interaction with children"; for cognitive one - test-questionnaire "Studying of I-Concept as justification of the influence on another person" (by A.G. Abramova); for emotional one - technique for diagnosing the level of empathic abilities of V.V. Boyko. Manifestations of ecological consciousness in action (behaviour) of the future teachers are traced by monitoring the system used by students during internship of professional activities and skills that reflect the particular model of the interaction with the students. Two learning groups of junior undergraduates make up the study sample. The obtained results allow to state that 1/3 of surveyed have a low level of environmental compatibility of pedagogical consciousness, half of the respondents - an average one and the remaining part - above average level. The lack of significant differences in the studied parameters between the experimental and control groups was revealed using the Student's t-test and Wilcoxon - Mann - Whitney U-test. Based on the results obtained in the course of ascertaining stage, the conclusion about the necessity of a special work performance to improve the level of future teachers' ecological consciousness development was made.

Barachevsky Y.E., Golendukhin K.G., Groshilin V.S., Linchenko S.N., Kochubeinik N.V., Karabach I.V., Tagirov R.T.

Abstract

The research objective is an assessment of hyperbaric re-respiration (HRR) effectiveness in treatment of military personnel suffering from chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP). The research type is prospective (cohort), clinical and physiological. The subjects are 38 patients with CAP in the acute phase (category III A and III B), aged 32-46, were randomly allocated into 3 groups depending on the kind of therapy: the control group - conventional treatment of CAP in the acute phase (n = 10); the experimental group (n = 14) - traditional therapy and 12-14 hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments (35-40-minute stay in the oxygen chamber under pressure about 153 kPa); the treatment group (n = 14) - the traditional therapy and a course of HRR (12-14 treatments, 35-40 minute stay under the conditions of higher oxygen (27.9 kPa) and carbon dioxide (3.4 kPa) partial pressure produced in the pressure chamber at a total pressure of about 153 kPa). A comparative assessment of treatment effectiveness performed by using a standardized total score of symptoms of chronic prostatitis (CP), including the pain, dysuria, prostatorrhea, quality of life (QOL) scale as a basis for calculation of the clinical index of CP (CI-CP). Initial examination revealed the presence of acute CAP in all patients, manifested itself in the increased value of CI-CP in the range of 22-35 points, and corresponded with the severity of symptoms of the disease as moderate or frank degree on the standardized scale. The treatment was followed by the highly statistically significant (p <0.001) decrease in CI-CP, QOL increase in all patients (up to 5-16 points), but in the treatment group compared to the other groups, the best results were observed in the dynamics of these parameters (p = 0.030 -0.029). An increase of significance intergroup differences in CI-CP and QOL index was recorded after 6 months. Therefore, prescription of HRR contributes to enhancing of effectiveness of treatment of CAP patients, accelerating recovery of disturbed functions, extension of relapse-free period, improving of the patients' quality of life.

Shcherbo P.P., Khachaturyan M.R.

Abstract

The role of dietary factor not only in disorders formation in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) functioning but also in maintaining, protection and, if necessary, person's health resumption was mentioned in the article. Data on connection of functional and pathological GIT changes with skin cover pathology were presented. It causes necessity in diet correction and GIT state, as adequate clinical efforts in skin pathology complex therapy. Critical analysis of colon hydrotherapy role in GIT functional activity restoration and organism homeostasis as a whole was given. It was emphasized that colon hydrotherapy like any other physiotherapeutic procedure could be neither the only means of treatment, nor its support and panacea. Efforts on balance correction of digestive microbiocenosis as a factor of the bowel endo-ecology with use of liquid probiotics and prebiotics, which caused positive effects on skin cover were studied. Literature data on the topic was presented. Decision on necessity of further research on values and risks of colon hydrotherapy, as of a preventive procedure, and its place in medical and surgical practice was made.
