MODERN PROBLEMS OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE IN RUSSIA

Abstract
Problems of protection and strengthening health of the working population is one of the most important problems of modern occupational medicine and healthcare.The article presents basic indicators of occupational morbidity and mortality in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the indicators of mortality of the working population, where noted the phenomenon “of masculine super mortality”, presents dynamics of indicators of occupational morbidity and industrial injuries in Russia and the European Union. Problems of increase the responsibility of employers for observance accepted standards of safety are got up. It is necessary to implement principally new for Russia the concept of preservation of health of the working population, based on the principles of market economy and the assessment system, monitoring and control of occupational risks, business responsibility for the health of the working population.

Abstract
We have studied the prevalence of cardiovascular disease and lipid spectrum of blood serum of workers employed in mining and processing of oil. Diseases of the circulatory system are mainly represented by essential hypertension (EH). The prevalence of cardiovascular disease is the correlation relationship with the experience and age of the workers. A significant number of workers surveyed revealed changes in lipid metabolism in the form of increased atherogenic fractions of cholesterol and decrease HDL cholesterol

Comparative analysis of biochemical indicators of workers of petroleum and petrochemical industry revealed a marked increase in lipid peroxidation products, middle molecular peptides, parameters of lipid metabolism and blood serum enzyme activity. STUDY THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OXYMETHYLURACIL AS A MEANS HEPATOPROTECTIVE

Abstract
The results of the experimental (preclinical) study of hepatoprotective activity oksimetiluratcila (5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil) compared with the reference hepatoprotector silymarin on experimental models of liver injury carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, PCB-containing preparations "Sovtol-1", 2.4-dichloroethane, trihlormetafosom and ethanol, paracetamol, cyclophosphamide and complex anti-TB drugs. It was established that OXYMETHYLURACIL has a strong hepatoprotective action comparable to the effectiveness of silymarin, and his superior models of liver damage - dichloroethane, trihlormetafosom, ethanol and paracetamol.

Abstract
We have evaluated the efficacy and expediency of ozone therapy use in the complex treatment of respiratory tract diseases in agricultural workers. The use of intravenous administration of 0.89% ozonated isotonic sodium chloride solution reduces the treatment period, allows reducing the doses of corticosteroids and inhalation broncholytics.
